In 2000, Betty created The Willis-Cunningham Team, bringing on board her husband, Jack, daughter, Jeanette, and son-in-law, Steve Cunningham. All are licensed and bring complementary attributes to form a strong unit.
Betty and Jack are avid Baylor fans and faithfully attend the Baylor basketball, baseball, and football games, and Betty was presented the coveted Baylor University's "Alumni-by-Choice Degree." She has served on the Woodway City Council and the Baylor Waco Foundation.
Betty believes in giving back to the community by volunteering. An active member of First Baptist Woodway, she may also be seen volunteering that Mission Waco and Gatesville State Prison. Betty and her husband, Jack, have lived in the Woodway area of Waco most of her life. They have three grown children and four grandchildren. Betty and Jack love to travel to warm climates with white sand and turquoise water. When Betty is not selling houses, she enjoys researching and writing historical fiction novels. She currently is working on her third book!
